Premium Coaching

We help clients to imagine beyond impossible; unfreeze momentum; and actionize results. We are not a one-size-fits all shop.  We are bespoke, custom designed, tailor fit haberdashers in the empowerment, success, and achievement industry. We help clients to confidently and purposefully move with speed, agility, and focus.  Our clients accomplish more in 3 months than most people do in 3 years.  Because we deliver powerful results and high-touch premium service, we have limited availability for coaching and therefore are very selective of whom we choose to work with.  We believe in excellent thinking, practical doing, and courageous follow through.

What They Don’t Tell You About Coaching…

You have a choice and many opportunities because coaching works.  Coaching is a proven and powerful tool which truly helps people in meaningful ways.  Dragonfly Results is not for everybody.  The marketplace is full of all types of people at all types of skill levels who purport themselves to be a “coach”.  Life coaching, executive coaching, transformational coaching, leadership coaching, health coaching, success coaching, business coaching, wealth coaching, energy coaching, you name it.  Some coaches go by different titles practitioners, consultants, facilitators, advisors, guides, healers, consultants, and so forth.  Some people attend courses, receive credentials, endorsements, read books, or are perhaps naturally gifted.  There are many people in the coaching space, choose one who resonates and works well for you.  

They tell you they can help you reach your goals.  They tell you they can help you with your challenges.

But what they don’t tell you is this…

Coach Anybody With A Pulse

Many coaches will work with anybody who is willing to pay them money. Not us.  

We believe that approach is backwards.  At Dennis Allen’s Dragonfly Results Coaching, we are are very selective of whom we choose to work with.  We coach people based upon their coachability.  We coach people based upon their commitment and their inspiring big dream goal.  Money is infinitely abundant and available everywhere.  Not us.  Everyone everywhere can read our books.  Many people can choose to attend our limited number of events or interactive workshops.  Our high-touch premium coaching is reserved for a select group of individuals–not for everyone.  

One Size Fits All

Many coaches provide a one size fits all approach to help their clients succeed, rather than creating a custom design experience unique to each client’s goals, strengths, challenges, time-frame, and needs.  Some coaching centers have a large template following staff of salaried or hourly employees who are often paid on commission and are often more interested in client volume and making a sale rather than the actual person in front of them seeking true results.  At Dragonfly Results we believe everyone is unique with diverse strengths, needs, and goals.  We believe an authentic custom-designed solution tailored to each individual person is the best approach.

Coaching Fees

Coaching is an investment in you.  Successful coaching will give a significant multiple return on your investment.  Poor coaching combined with poor effort and poor commitment by clients will often yield sub par results.  Many coaches are good.  A few coaches are excellent.

Numerous studies have shown, a strong coaching fee is a helpful catalyst to results and a necessary element of commitment.  However, some coaches recklessly charge exorbitant fees in the name of commitment.  On the flip side some coaches charge a recklessly small amount for coaching which does a horrible disservice to the client and their level of commitment.  When fees are too low, some clients do not take coaching as serious and therefore experience lower results due to weaker effort and weaker commitment.  

At Dragonfly Results, we believe in delivering excellent coaching.  We believe a sensible balance is necessary of a high enough fee to allow clients to receive the powerful benefit of strong commitment, solid effort, and positive results and a low enough fee that is not excessive or exorbitant.  We openly discuss pricing only if a potential client is serious about coaching and it seems like a good fit for us to work together.  

Assessments and Momentum

Some coaches rely heavily upon extensive assessments (which they charge you for).  This is especially often true for organizational coaching programs.  They use the assessments to tell you how you are right now or perhaps what your past has been.  We’ve heard some people describe these barrage blast of assessments like a series of uncomfortable back-to-back rectal, oral, and vaginal exams exploring every orifice of your body and probing into every personal detail, failure, and transgression of your life.  Is it really necessary?  

At Dragonfly Results, all our assessments are included with coaching and only cover what is essential and helpful for achieving your results.  Although a basic understanding and awareness of your past and current tendencies can be helpful, the most significant perspective is where do you want to go?  

In physics, the heisenberg uncertainty principle states that if you know with precision and detail the exact location of an electron you have no idea where the velocity (speed and direction is).  If you know the speed and direction (velocity) it really doesn’t matter where you are.  Nothing has a definite position, a definite trajectory, or a definite momentum. Trying to pin a thing down to one definite position will make its momentum less well pinned down, and vice-versa

Change and momentum are givens in life.  If you’re not in growth expansion mindset, you are in atrophy and stagnation.  At Dragonfly Results our focus is to help already high achievers grow and develop even better to their next echelon of success.

Past performance is no guarantee of future returns.  You may have been some amazing ivy-league summa cum laude graduate, professional athlete, top performing CEO, but seriously who is showing up today?  Considering things as they are right now, where do you wish to go, what’s your next big goal?  A ship doesn’t sail on yesterday’s winds, which is precisely the reason why many of our clients simply love coaching as ongoing lifestyle choice of continual improvement and achieving bigger and better goals.   

Marketing Propaganda

Some coaches spend a ridiculous amount of money on sophisticated marketing strategies.  Some coaches rely upon manipulation strategies, fancy marketing schemes, great YouTube videos, sleek websites, free giveaways, and catchy buzzword promises. Those types of coaches seek to compete rather than contend to be their very best and to excel in their own niche and area of expertise to create amazing high-performing clients through powerful coaching.  It is sad and unfortunate to see many coaches seek to compete or squabble with one another with marketing to attract potential clientele.  While those average coaches are fighting over a smaller and smaller slice of an ever decreasing pie, the truly excellent coaching professionals are busy expanding the pie creating successful clients who consistently achieve powerful results.

At Dragonfly Results Coaching, we do our best to keep things simple and easy.  We don’t spend tons of money on marketing and weird schemes to trick you in some way. Our website might not have all the latest widgets or automatic sign up emails, but that’s not the business we are in.  We believe in first and foremost delivering excellent coaching.  Our work speaks for itself.  Our coaching is by invitation and referral only.  The authenticity of our results and the quality of our work is favorably shared by our clients within their circles of influence.    

Ego

By far, one of the biggest differentiators of coaching, even among the truly excellent coaching professionals, is ego. Ego can be covertly subtle or it can be openly brazen. Either way a coach with a greedy, self-serving ego can be a dangerous and hidden deterrent of success.  Because of unchecked egos, some coaches deep down, don’t want their clients to succeed beyond their own level of success and unconsciously or unknowingly sabotage their clients.  

At Dragonfly Results we love seeing our client excel above and beyond our own success towards their highest and greatest potential.  We encourage and appreciate that because we choose to show up without an arrogant ego.

Some coaches are altruistic and sincere in their intentions in coaching, but their true effectiveness as a coach is limited due to their over exaggerated ego.  

Ever wonder why other coaching programs don’t display an “Non-Ego Project Verified” logo like Dragonfly Results?  It’s because more likely than not, they do not have clear procedures, protocols, or mechanisms in place to ensure they avoid ego accidently creeping into the the coaching process.   At Dragonfly Results we don’t allow ego of coach (or egos of clients) to intrude and interfere.
